RE: Next face to face and new telecon time

Hi Phil

Triple apologies I'm afraid:

1 - The F2F clashes with a crucial GSMA meeting in Istanbul in which I
am directly involved, and which I'm afraid must take precedence in this
case.
2 - We will not be able to host you for the call next week...
3 - ... because Dan and I will be in Newbury for an R&D meeting, which
also means I can't guarantee I can make the call (but will do my best).

Sorry!
Kevin

It's probably worth sending a note to the list specifically about this
to make sure everyone's clear.

From next week, Monday 10 December, the regular POWDER teleconference
will begin half an hour later [1]. This change has been introduced
primarily to make it easier for our Greek partners to join the call
(it's 18.30 for them but, well, they do things differently in the
Hellenic World).

Also, our next Face to face meeting will take place on Monday and
Tuesday 21 and 22 January 2008. Our hosts will be NCSR Demokritos in
Athens [2].

Non-members of the group are welcome to join us (but please let me
know!) as we are keen to benefit from outside expertise.

The aim of the meeting will be to agree on such edits as will be
necessary to move our Rec Track documents to Last Call (so we have a lot

to do between now and then!!)

Matt - can I ask you to set up a registration form please?

Ta.

Phil.
