The 26-Aug-2010 version of the POI WG's charter ("Proposed: for Review
Only") provides very little information regarding the "technical
specifications" the WG plans to create:

Where can I find some details about what is actually in scope? For
example, what does this WG consider relevant prior art, what (if any)
existing work will be contributed to this WG, what (if any) existing
specs does the WG expect to embrace and/or extend, etc.
