Click as PointerEvent blocks on MS feedback

Hey Patrick,
The "Specify that "click", "dblclick" and "contextmenu" events are
PointerEvents <https://github.com/w3c/pointerevents/issues/100>" issue has
been blocked on data / feedback from Microsoft since January (we need your
input since the latest proposal is not to do this at all and Edge is the
only one shipping it today).  Can you please look into it sometime soon and
follow-up on the GH issue?
