RE: ACTION-149: Move the pe spec to github (with jacob and rick)

Would anyone be opposed to renaming pointerEvents.html to index.html so you can just browse the spec at http://w3c.github.io/pointerevents? 
(Unless there's a way to change the default file for gh-pages web server)

If we were going to do this, now seems like the time. :-)

OK, so there is only one branch now "gh-pages" and the ED is <https://w3c.github.io/pointerevents/pointerEvents.html>.

I didn't do that but don't feel strongly if someone does want to do so.
