Re: Updated Test Assertions Wiki Page

Asir, Sangwhan and I discussed the current and pending pull requests on the
call today. Sangwhan merged PR-1116
<https://github.com/w3c/web-platform-tests/pull/1116> from Cathy which
updated TA 1.2. PR-1112
<https://github.com/w3c/web-platform-tests/pull/1112> adds assertions for
TA 3.1 and TA 3.2. PR-1113
<https://github.com/w3c/web-platform-tests/pull/1113> adds assertions for
TA 10.2 and TA 11.2, which are new assertions based on
https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=24971.

Assuming the list of Test Assertions on the wiki is now complete, all
assertions are covered by existing tests, existing PRs, or pending PRs from
Microsoft. Sangwhan has volunteered to review PR-1112 and PR-1113 either
today or tomorrow.
