No call on 23 April 2013

Hi All - I don't think we have sufficient topics to have a call on April 
23 so the next potential date for a call is April 30 and please continue 
to use the list for discussions.

Note 1: the Test Assertion table still includes some "opportunities":

If you can help fill any gap(s), please let us know (or update the table 
accordingly).

Note 2: the CfC to move the Pointer Events tests to GitHub ends today:
