Redocumenting the  relationship between TouchEvents and PointerEvents- 
during our November 27 call (#Mins), we covered the main options for 
"whereand how"to document the relationshipand I agree with Doug the 
first step is to focus on the specifics of "what" needs to be 
documented. I also note Jacob created related #Bug2011.

Given Rick agreed to take the lead here, I'll leave it to him to decide 
on how he wants to proceed. Rick - if there is anything you need from 
Doug or I, please let us know.
