Dear all, My action-40 is to find the wiki page where the Data on the Web Best Practices WG organised their wide review. It's at https://www.w3.org/2013/dwbp/wiki/Dwbp-LC-campaign This was for the Last Call/Candidate Rec (which we're not quite at yet) but the idea applies. There's a template e-mail and a list of people who were contacted. This provided useful evidence that the WG had indeed sought wide review.
