I tried to edit this action with the following note and mark it as "pending review" (which I assume should be the state between OPEN and CLOSED?) "I updated https://www.w3.org/2016/poe/wiki/Use_Cases#POE.UC.07_News_Permissions_and_Restrictions to call out two types of templates - policy bundles and use bundles." However, even though I am already logged in the POE site, I was prompted for a login (and my credentials didn't work). I assume this means I don't have the ability to edit actions (even ones assigned to me).
