[Minutes] 2016-07-04 - prepare to vote next week

Dear all,

A few of us were able to gather for an informal meeting today. This was
not a formal meeting of the WG as no agenda was sent out ahead of time.
Minutes of the meeting are at https://www.w3.org/2016/07/04-poe-minutes
and pasted below.

Note - 2 docs 99% ready for publication
=======================================

The UCR doc at http://w3c.github.io/poe/ucr/ is very close to being
ready for publication as a First Public Working Draft. It is possible
that the requirements section will be elided for the FPWD and minor
changes will be made before next week's meeting but now is the time to
review it and be ready to voice your opinion on a publication.

The ODRL Information Model document (http://w3c.github.io/poe/model/) is
also all-but ready for FPWD (Renato's just going to link the issues to
the tracker). This is almost a verbatim copy of the ODRL document.
Again, it is hoped that the WG can vote next week to publish this.

As an aside, if we're going to change the name from ODRL, time is
running out. Once this is published, changing the name would be possible
but becomes increasingly awkward.

OK, text snapshot of today's call below.

    prior to the call

    renato: ... when?

phila: ... end of this week

    <renato> [4]http://w3c.github.io/poe/ucr/

       [4] http://w3c.github.io/poe/ucr/

renato: should the requirements section be removed - as the
    requirements are empty

michaelS: suggested that SimonS should remove section 3 and
keep it in an internal cache - but not publish the requirements
    yet

    renato: ... supported that
    ... any other business?

    <renato> [5]http://w3c.github.io/poe/model/

       [5] http://w3c.github.io/poe/model/

CarolineB: no, has nothing to raise

renato: he and Serena have published a draft of the Model
    document
... we have added a few issues - to be solved later
... should the group vote on it at the next call?

phila: preferred to have a vote soon
... are the issues in the document to the Github issue tracker?

renato: has started tried it, will complete it this week
... further work on the Vocabulary document could be done soon
    - has to talk to other editors
... we could vote on that in 2 weeks.
... what action to notify the group of the vote on the Model
    document?

phila: ... will be done in the minutes of this call ...
... but a chair could always remind people.

renato: reminded of the TPAC participation
... some open issues should be solved at this face-to-face
    meeting

phila: will not be able to join both days
... asked renato if he knows the company Ephox

    renato: ... knows.
... closed this advisory meeting - next week with an agenda
