In order to help move the process, the editors will mark those they believe are resolved with a (red) “To Be Closed” tag (so you can easily see them). This indicates the Issue will be closed in 7 elapsed days (from the last comment).
(Any issue can be reopened if required.)

Please review and comment on the Issue(s) as the Editors now work on the next WD release for WG approval at our next call (9 JAN 2017)
