Dear ODRL Community Group, the W3C Permissions and Obligations Expression (POE) Working Group will be holding a face-to-face meeting on 22-23 September 2016 in Lisbon Portugal. This is part of the W3C Technical Plenary / Advisory Committee (TPAC) Meetings Week [1].

Members of the ODRL Community Group are invited to the POE meeting as “observers” (that is you can participate in the discussion, but not any resolutions).

Note that on Wed 21 Sept, the Technical Plenary day is open to all.
