Alright, so the property chain axiom is irrelevant then, thanks for the answer. This said I'm still curious about the inverse axiom. The definition for hasPolicy says: "Identifies an ODRL Policy for which the identified Asset is the target Asset to all the Rules.' and "The Asset being identified MUST be inferred to be the target Asset of all of the Rules of the Policy."
