1/2/3 - Added a new 3rd para of the Constraint section. 4 - It is an "and" PLUS a sequence. So, we can be very precise and call it "odrl:andSequence" instead? 5/6 - The benefit you have is that IPTC covers a business domain - with known semantics and business rules. ODRL only has that capability in ODRL Profiles.
