Here some thoughs on Melvin's subject 

 	* _Smallest units of speech_ do not have dependencies just on a single
form, but on _LebensForm._
 	* A_ Global _semantic system, if any, must realize that _meaning --
_following Van Quine -- is holistic, but language is atomic.
 	* Decentralization of the semantic web, thus taking in consideration
the flow of data around the web and its conceptualization in profitable
terms of value, may not be certain by definition
