*This says (my emphasis), "A *perceivable* section ... should be easily
*perceivable* ...". I sense a theme :-)

I suggest:

"**A section of content that, like a landmark, is easily perceivable
regardless of its position in the layout. It can contain a graphical
document, an image, or other contents such as code snippets or example
text. Unlike the "img" role, a figure has parts and supports navigation
among them."

I'm also don't quite understand what is meant by "graphical
*document*". Does this mean embedding another document, e.g., including
an <iframe> for the figure? What does "document" mean here?
