Re: Checkbox example for ARIA Authoring practices issues

I did some testing with VoiceOver in Safari 9 on OS X 10.10 Yosemite. Legend is spoken when I navigate to the fieldset or legend, but not when focused on a radio button. If I make the radio’s in your example checkbox, nothing changes.
