If I could ask a favor, please never put the word ginormous in the spec, it will make my brain explode. While discussing table roles at yesterday's ARIA concall, it was pointed out to me that caption is part of the name calculation for tables. Because captions can contain descriptions -- as suggested in the HTML5 specification [1] -- tables can wind up with some pretty big accessible names. Aren't names supposed to be short??
