How about calling an  Name Computation  document :  "ARIA names"

  We are expected to be chartered to do "WAI-ARIA...1.1" and "WAI-ARIA...1.1 Implementation Guides". If we split a document out of that, I think it's pretty clear it still falls under those deliverables. So we should be good. We might need to be careful about how we title the document so it's clear it's part of the ARIA suite.
