https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1025027

https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=133856

If someone would provide a link for blink and IE bug reporting I would be
happy to do that there as well. I want to be more proactive this time
around in getting feature requests in early.

Do people think it would be helpful to have a wiki of browser feature
requests and bug filings?
