Subject: 48-Hour Call for Consensus (CfC); Transition ARIA 1.0 & UAIG to PR

Colleagues:

This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to transition both the ARIA 1.0 specification and the ARIA 1.0 User Agent Implementation Guide (UAIG) to Proposed Recommendation (PR) status. As you will recall, both of these documents are currently in the Candidate Recommendation (CR) stage.

Formal resolutions to transition these documents were registered during the regular weekly PF ARIA teleconference on 20 January logged at:

http://www.w3.org/2014/01/20-aria-minutes.html

RESOLUTION: ARIA 1.0 -> Proposed Reccomendation
RESOLUTION: ARIA UAIG 1.0 -> Proposed Reccomendation

Please note there are 4 discrete revisions of items previously marked "at risk" to the UAIG based on testing failures as detailed by the UAIG

Please reply on list to this email with any objections or concerns.

Silence will be taken to mean there is no objection, but positive responses are encouraged.

If there are no objections by 23:59 (Midnight) Boston Time Wednesday 22 January, this CfC will carry.

Janina
