The WAI-PFWG has approved the revised HTML-A11Y Task Force Work
Statement and Decision Procedures documents as referenced below.

PF's resolution is recorded in minutes from its regular weekly
teleconference at:

As customary in PFWG, an email CfC (as shown below) was also conducted.
