Focus: When the tree receives focus, the item in the tree that is marked as currently displayed should receive focus."
There is not necessarily an item marked as currently displayed (for instance on start pages of a section with its own submenu).

Proposal:

Add: "If there is no item marked as currently displayed, the first top level node should receive focus"
