role=separator allows aria-expanded

Considering that aria-expanded isn't categorically allowed on  
everything, it seems weird to allow it on role=separator. If  
role=separator is similar to HTML <hr>, it doesn't take any content  
and, thus, being expandable doesn't make sense.
