Please avoid calling schemas "implementations"

Section 9.1. is titled "Implementations". The section isn't about ARIA  
implementations either in clients or in content. Instead, the section  
contains informative schemas that do not completely capture the  
authoring requirements and, thus, aren't quite implementations of  
expression of authoring requirements either.

I suggest retitling the section accordingly as "Schemas" or "Schemata".
