Indicate authoring expectations on grid SHOULD violations

ARIA says:
"Cells with role gridcell, SHOULD be contained in rows with role row,  
which in turn SHOULD be contained in a grid."

Please indicate what well-defined UA behavior the author can expect  
when violating the "SHOULD".
