aria-valuenow index base into list of labels unclear

It would help if after the sentence "If the range is a set of  
qualitative string values, such as "small", "medium", and "large",  
then aria-valuenow is an index that chooses one of the set." it were  
pointed out that the base of the index (Pascalesque 1, not  
conventional 0) is given in the definition of aria-valuetext.

Furthermore, the definition of aria-valuetext should define the base  
index using proper normative phrasing instead of letting the reader  
infer this from an example.
