The landmark roles note and navigation seem redundant with HTML5  
<aside> and <nav>, respectively.

Since realistically ARIA will be used in text/html, does it make sense  
to introduce stuff that is redundant with HTML5 when implementing the  
HTML5 elements is about equally easy as implementing the roles?
