This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to the personalization task force with regard to going to a Wide Review of Explainer and Module 1 Adaptable Content.  Due to the holiday season we are expanding this from a 48 hour CFC, to a 7 day CFC.
 
 Here are the latest editors drafts of the https://w3c.github.io/personalization-semantics/and the https://w3c.github.io/personalization-semantics/content/index.html which we
 have been working on over the past month to get ready for a wide W3C review.  Please take a look at these two documents and make sure they are ready for a wide review. 


***ACTION TO TAKE*** 
 
 This CfC is now open for objection, comment, as well as statements of  support via email. Silence will be interpreted as support, though  messages of support are certainly welcome. 
 If you object to this proposed action, or have comments concerning this  proposal, please respond by replying on list to this message no later than 23:59 (Midnight) Boston Time, the 24th of December 2019.
