for tomorrow's call

Hi Folks

for tomorrows call we want to review what changes we need to make to the new draft :https://w3c.github.io/personalization-semantics/ so that it is publication ready (the cover document and the first module)


So far I have:
add the definitions for distractions - see the latest proposal from Sharon and Thad.
the Introduction should not point to s specific solution but to our implementation page were we list any example implementations.
review the accuracy of the RDF-a section

Let's get as much in as we can over the next week so we can publish end of the month.
