new survey for first three properties

Hi Folks,

Firstly apologies for the late notice. We have a new survey at https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/101569/actionfielddestination/


As per the discussion last week, we have three properties that may be ready to go. Please take a look at them and let us know if ypou think they are ready for the next working draft or if changes are needed.


To make matters more difficult, I can not seem to get the latest draft visible on rawgit (maybe Michael can sort it out?). Therefor I have attached the latest version so you can open the attachment and view it in a browser (instead of as html source code in github). I will add the link online to the attachment but the format is not quite right and you may need to find the section by scrolling down. 


Hopefully we have this all sorted out soon.
