syntax and scope

Hi Folks

We need to have a consistent syntax for when 
Do we prefer:


dashes (such as given-name) - this is consistent with autocomplete notation, or
single words with capitalization change (such as givenName) - this is consistent with schema.org






Also, do we prefer to add a clear scope to the definitions of each item such as stating it is the name of the user.
