Dear Web Payments WG,

I wanted to raise awareness that the Web Payment Security IG will be discussing risk analysis, device identity,
and privacy at their 8 August call. 

I have a draft deck I expect to share at that meeting:

It would be great to sync up with browser vendors in particular before or during that call.
