W3C has launched Patent Advisory Group for Web Payments Working Group

Dear Web Payments Working Group,

In accordance with the W3C Patent Policy, W3C has launched a Patent
Advisory Group (PAG) to advise the W3C on patent disclosures from Visa
relating to a set of specifications developed by the Web Payments
Working Group:

Advisory Committee Representatives of W3C Member organizations

We anticipate the first meeting of the PAG will take place on
13 December 2017 at 11:00 ET.

This is the second PAG of the Web Payments Working Group. In it, we
will address claims not previously disclosed as well as disclosures
over specifications published since the previous PAG.  The previous
