Dear Web Payments Working Group, We received 7 supportive responses to the Call for Consensus [1] proposing to request formal review by the Membership of the draft WPWG charter [2]. There were no objections. We also appreciate the additional statements of support received after the deadline. The Chairs record a decision that the proposal carries. Next steps: * W3C management will review the proposed charter. * If they are satisfied, we expect that formal Advisory Committee review will begin around 8 January 2018 until 5 February. * If there are requests for substantive changes, we will bring those back to the WPWG for discussion.
