Dear Web Payments Working Group, We received 9 supportive responses to the Call for Consensus [1] proposing to publish Payment Method Manifest as a First Public Working Draft. There were no objections. The Chairs record a decision that the proposal carries. Next steps: * The Chairs will send a transition request to the Director [2]. * If approved, the Chairs will request publication. The estimated publication date is 14 December 2017. One the document has been published, we will update the draft WPWG charter [3] to reflect the new Recommendation-track deliverable.
