Agenda for WG call 19th November at 17:00 UTC

Adrian and I propose the agenda at https://github.com/w3c/webpayments/wiki/Agenda-19th-November-2015-at-17:00-UTC <https://github.com/w3c/webpayments/wiki/Agenda-19th-November-2015-at-17:00-UTC%20> for our meeting tomorrow.

Operations (Nick)
Review how we work as a group. Nick has tried to summarise the current proposed approach<https://github.com/w3c/webpayments/wiki/How-the-Working-Group-works> - it would be great to hear any thoughts, comments, revisions or additions on the call.
Payment Initiation components/definitions (Adrian)
Adrian has prepared some ideas on a high level architecture for that describes the various components in scope for our work. It has been captured on the wiki (here<https://github.com/w3c/webpayments/wiki/A-Payments-Initiation-Architecture-for-the-Web>) but may change up to 17 November (midnight UTC).
The intention is to get consensus on some naming conventions and functional roles of various components without needing to address controversial topics that can be dealt with in the deployment and implementation details.
Payment proposals logged at the Web Platform Incubator CG (Zach/Manu)
We need to put a line in the sand as to when these proposals have been updated with changes based on feedback from TPAC so we can move forward on evaluating them.

  *   https://github.com/WICG/paymentrequest/
  *   https://github.com/WICG/web-payments-browser-api
What about these proposals (via manu):

  *   https://github.com/web-payments/web-payments-http-api
Testing (Shane)
When do we need to start talking about testing?
Any other business

  * Mirroring Github issues with the mailing list is broken. Every reply seems to get another reply from the mailing list. Do we really need this? ** This should be fixed now -- manu
