Web Payments working group - first teleconference next week Thursday 12th November at 17:00UTC/12:00EST/09:00PST

Hello all
I hope you have all recovered from your journey home from Sapporo.
At the inaugural face to face meeting we agreed to hold two regular teleconferences, timed to be convenient to the Western Hemisphere (in particular the Americas) and Eastern Hemisphere (in particular the Asia Pacific region).
After conducting two questionnaires (western<https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/83744/WGconfschedule/>, eastern<https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/83744/WGconfschedule_eastern/>), we have arranged a biweekly call to suit the western hemisphere and will arrange an eastern teleconference when the number of responses reaches more than 5 participants.
The most convenient time for the western hemisphere meeting seems to be 17:00UTC (12:00 EST, 9:00 PST) on alternate Thursdays, starting next week (12th November).

As a result of concerns over abuse of W3C's webex account<https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Member/chairs/2015OctDec/0051.html>, the details of the teleconference<http://www.w3.org/2015/11/wpwg.ics> can be found on a member-only page.

Unlike the Web Payments Interest Group, the consensus within the working group was to use the toolset provided within Github to manage the majority of the group's activity, including a wiki<https://github.com/w3c/webpayments/wiki/Webpayments-Working-Group-Home>. Some members raised concerns around access to the http://github.com/ domain - we will monitor this closely as a group and revisit the tooling if this proves a barrier to member participation. Please let me know if you encounter problems.

A proto-agenda<https://github.com/w3c/webpayments/wiki/Agenda---12th-November-2015-at-17:00-UTC> for the first teleconference can also be found on the wiki but Adrian and I would be delighted to hear from you regarding other proposed items for discussion.

Thanks
Nick
