Re: Web Payments WG Github Repo

Hi all,

Before you commit anything to this repo please chat with Nick or myself.
We'd like to keep this repo nice and clean (current incubation work is
being done in the WPICG repo) and for member submissions to be made in the
form of pull-requests not pushes.
