Hey all, I'm getting ready to start a spec review of the Google/Microsoft Payment Request API and needed semi-permanent links/anchors to reference. Zach just integrated AdrianB's latest changes. I created a landing page for the three specs they have here: http://wicg.github.io/paymentrequest/ You can get to each spec from that landing page.
