Hi Folks.

I have configured this list to use the W3C Archive Approval (AA)
system[1].  The purpose of the AA system is to ensure correspondents to
Public lists are apprised that posts to our lists are permanently recorded
in our archives and are publically viewable by all users of the archives.

If you have any questions about this change, please send them to
archive-approval-comments as noted in the reference below.
