Eric, 

this is one of the main issues. Yuichi made an XSD for the extensions in 
a new namespace will preserving the P3P 1.0 features in the old 
namespace. Both XML Schemas are attached to the current specification. 
What we haven't provided so far is the XML Schema for the Base data 
schema. Giles?
