new XSD 1.1 draft - OWL Review?

There's a new XML Schema Datatypes 1.1 draft.  It went back for a quick
Last Call.  Here's the document:

Can someone (Boris?) take a look and make sure they didn't change
anything in any way that would be a problem for OWL 2?

Technically the review period ended Dec 31, so it would be good if we
could do this review soon.  If you can do this, please speak up, and say
when you can do it by.
