RE: the owl.owl file

Hi!

That's great!

A few points:

* (Ontology/rdfs:comment) I just found a typo in the rdfs:comment in the
ontology header.
  I have fixed it in the Wiki, so the XML needs to be redone. See:

<http://www.w3.org/2007/OWL/wiki/index.php?title=Owl2DotOwlDevel&diff=25957&
oldid=25170>

* There is an ugly bug: the XML still contains the original comment:

   # ========================
   # === OWL 2 PROPERTIES ===
   # ========================

  and likewise for OWL 2 CLASSES. These should either be removed or the
position of
  the "PROPERTIES" comment needs to be corrected. The PROPERTIES comment is
currently
  placed between property 'oneOf' and property 'priorVersion'. Of course, it
should
  be placed in front of the first mentioned property. I have no personal
preference
  whether to remove or to change position.

* (header comment) IMO, the final version should not mention the original
Wiki document,
  since this document was never meant to be more than just a resource for
WG-internal
  development and discussion.

* (header comment) Likewise, the final version should not mention that
  cwm has been used for translation, since this is completely irrelevant.

* The automatically generated comment "Processed by Id: cwm.py" should be
removed
  in the final version.

Cheers,
Michael
