It gives the form of the statement as:
   Copyright © [$date-of-document] World Wide Web Consortium,
   (Massachusetts Institute of Technology, European Research Consortium
   for Informatics and Mathematics, Keio University). All Rights
   Reserved. http://www.w3.org/Consortium/Legal/2002/copyright-documents-20021231

I think it's fine to use "MIT", etc, instead of spelling them out.  If
that document license URL is too long, you can use
