implemented resolution of "rdf:PlainLiteral" in RDF-Based Semantics

Hi!

I have changed the occurrences of the term 
"rdf:text" by "rdf:PlainLiteral" in the RDF-Based Semantics, 
according to the resolution of yesterday's telco.
