RE: I've just replaced CURIEs with the SPARQL abbreviation mechanism

Hi!

The RDF-Based Semantics does not longer cite the CURIE spec, but instead
points to place in the Structural Spec, where the "SPARQL-style"
abbreviation method is defined:
