Re: Weekly teleconferences

We are *not* having a meeting this week.

The initial idea was to go bi-weekly, which would mean have a meeting
next week. Allowing a bit more flexibility seemed on the face of it
to be a useful refinement. According to this plan interested parties
will indicate their availability over the next 2 months (using
Doodle) and we will then fix a meeting schedule (and publicise it in
the Wiki). Hopefully this doesn't equate to random scheduling and
will allow adequate time for individuals to plan their own schedules.
