Software producing the test results page

FYI -

I pushed the template based software I've been using the produce the
results page up to github.   Interested parties can find it at
http://github.com/msmithcp/owlwg-report/tree/master

It reuses code from the test harness for parsing the results format
(hence one will need that software to build or run it).
