If time permits: feedbacks for the SPARQL group asked

the SPARQL WG [1] has recently published its first public working draft
on "SPARQL New Features and Rationale" at:

    http://www.w3.org/TR/sparql-features/

The document mainly summarizes the agreed features the working group
commits to work on in the next months. We'd be grateful for feedback on
